Hello Warchicks!
Ok just to bring up the basics, you'll need to be a frost specilization DK and also you will be using Frost Presence once again. You will need to decide before or after reading this guide if you would rather duel wield (DW) or use a two handed weapon (2H).
Stat priority:
DW: Strength > Expertise (7.5%) >= Melee Hit (7.5%) > Mastery > Haste > Crit
2H: Strength > Expertise (7.5%) >= Melee Hit (7.5%) > Haste > Crit > Mastery
Spec:
Yet again, with the new system...do what you'd like! Some options though are:
For me I spec:
Unholy Blight, Anti-Magic Zone, Asphyxiate (must make Darth Vader macro for this!), Death Siphon, Runic Empowerment and Remorseless Winter.
Noxxic's preferred talents.
Plague Leech, Anti-Magic Zone, Death's Advance, Death Pact, Blood Tap and Gorefiend's Grasp.
Major Glyphs:
My glyphs, Death and Decay, Icy Touch and Pestilence. Why did I choose these you may ask, I already knew them at the other options didn't give me anything I wanted to bend over backward for.
Another glyph option:
• [Glyph of Pestilence] Recommended. Slight boost to AoE damage and utility.
• [Glyph of Anti-Magic Shell] Optional. Useful for absorbing fewer and larger magic attacks.
• [Glyph of Death Coil] Optional. Good for helping to mitigate group damage.
• [Glyph of Shifting Presences] Optional. Useful if you might need to DPS off tank.
If you really want to be a nice DK you may consider getting:
• [Glyph of Army of the Dead] Optional. Useful if extra taunts interfere with tanks.
• [Glyph of Tranquil Grip] Optional. Useful for pulling without getting aggro.
I don't personally because when I pop army it is usually so the tank won't get aggro/so I can battle rez tank or healer.
Rotation:
When it comes to a frost dk's rotation...it’s more like a set of guidelines.
Single Target 2h: Death and Decay, Outbreak(or if on CD, Icy Touch and Plague Strike), Unholy Blight (if spec in), Obliterate OVER Frost Strike and Soul Reaper as often as possible under 35%.
AOE 2h: Death and Decay, Outbreak(or if on CD, Icy Touch and Plague Strike), Unholy Blight (if spec in) or Pestilence, Howling Blast, Obliterate OVER Frost Strike and Soul Reaper as often as possible under 35%.
DW single target: Death and Decay, Outbreak(or if on CD, Icy Touch and Plague Strike), Unholy Blight (if spec in), Frost Strike OVER Obliterate and Soul Reaper as often as possible under 35%.
AOE DW: Death and Decay, Outbreak(or if on CD, Icy Touch and Plague Strike. OR Unholy Blight if spec in), Pestilence, Howling Blast, Frost Strike OVER Obliterate and Soul Reaper as often as possible under 35%.
Useful CD's:
Pillar of Frost: Should be kept on CD all the time.
Raise Dead: Use on larger mobs and bosses.
Remorseless Winter useful for random PVP and helps slow harder mobs.
Anti-Magic Zone, excellent if you can time and prevent a hard hitting magic spell from hitting your group.
Emperor Rune Weapon: With a 5 minute CD use sparingly. Typically only on bosses when all your runes are down and you are out of runic power.
Reforging:
Hit and Expertise until capped (7.5%) Then if you DW reforge to Mastery and if you are 2H reforge to Haste.

I'd just say pretty much you can't go wrong with gemming Strength and a few mastery gem's for a DW wouldn't be bad either.
Edit: I forgot to put in a bit about useful CD and Addon's. *facepalm*
CD to always be using.
Raise Dead on 2min CD use whenever it isn't likely to pull extra stuff as you have very little control over where it moves.
Pillar of Frost 1 min CD use as often as you can remember to.
My dk is an orc so I have a macro set up like this with those to CD's and her racial passive(Blood Fury)....oh and I have it set to play old Brill in music when I hit it.
(You can cut out the first line of macro if you don't want the music file to play in WOW. Also if you are another race with a useful racial CD like that all you have to do is in the macro /cast then the name of the Racial./script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\ZoneMusic\\TavernHorde\\undead_dance.mp3")
/cast Raise Dead
/cast Blood Fury
/cast Pillar of Frost
Helpful Addon's
Deadly Boss Mod, it really is a must. There is one I believe, called Little Wigs that is similar you are welcome to try that.
Omni CC: Ok there are better addon's for this but this shows you much longer your DOT's (damage over time) will be shown on the target (as usual) with a little number inside it indicates how many seconds until it comes off. It also shows how long before a CD comes up or a certain spell is available. Very useful in keeping track of you diseases which will greatly improve your DPS.
Recount or Tidy Plates, I suggest Recount if you are unfamiliar with addons because to me it is easier and simpler to work with. Other wise either will work just pick which you'd like.
