Welcome to World of Warchicks on DeviantART

Devoted to all female players of the MMO RPG World of Warcraft, #World-of-Warchicks will promote art, cosplay, crafts and creations of DeviantART's creative WoW women.

Outside of the art world, #World-of-Warchicks primary goal is to make WoW female players feel appreciated! Female gamers are an ever-growing presence in what is stereotypically a "boy's world", and it's important that we encourage each other as girl-players, enjoying the things we, as women, like to do in-game.

How Do I Join?

We are accepting any female player of World of Warcraft to join our ranks! It doesn't matter how much experience you might have in the game or artistically. We would love to see your art and fan creations, so bring it on!

For months he had not hear about this woman, and he had tried to find her - with no clues on what she was doing, where she was and why.
Then she comes back, out of the blue. Kissing him like nothing had happened. Telling him she's been protecting him from someone. He could not believe what he was hearing.

SCEPTER CH 5 DragonsThe wind off the ocean blew Zarabethe's dark violet hair back from her face. It washed the smell of the city off of her body, and she breathed in its fresh scent as she listened to Elforen talk. The other night elf was leaning back against the railing she had her elbows propped on, his back to the wind and his eyes off in the distance. Zar was laying at her feet crammed up against the side as close as possible. He did not enjoy boat rides.
The passenger boat the two night elves had booked passage on looked large and lumbering in port, but as they picked up speed and headed out into the open ocean, seemed to travel effortless against the green-grey water. They were leaving much later than they had planned, and the great orb of the sun was nearly touching the water as they left the Eastern Kingdoms behind. The view more than made up for the lateness of the hour, though, and they seemed to be flying along with the wind behind them.

I also have a kick ass (least in my opinion, which is what matters) Human Hunter that I also want as a chibi as well as her pet. I'd like to comission someone to do both for me. Hey there! I'm a female WoW player! :) I have 8 85 toons on Bleeding Hollow-US if anyone is interested in playing there ( on either side ).

Just wondering ... but do other female players play female toons or male toons? Most of my characters are male. A lot of my guildies think i'm weird for it. Especially considering a lot of them are guys with female toons (hypocrites?). What do you all think? :lol:

Are there any differences in the way women play world of warcraft, to the way men play world of warcraft?
Also, do women ever go to Goldshire on Moon Guard, or is that solely the realm of bored men?

Has anyone considered doing a limited off-topic gallery folder?
I'd love to see some work outside of WoW from people, but I don't have
the time to go looking through everyone's galleries. D:

Perhaps a folder for other art that's limited to one piece every week or month?
Just a thought, this has quickly become one of my favorite groups, so I'd love to see more. :D
